Step 1 – Decide your catering volume & specifications

It is a critical step for us to understand your catering needs & total budget, so that we could make specialty menu just for your guests. In the catering request form, leave as much details as you could so that we could design the menu according to your needs.

Step 2 – Quote & Prepayments

Upon receival of your request, we will work out the right menu just for you. The quote would be sent to your email for your review and confirmation. Usually this would be completed within one business day. You are also welcome to modify the menu to better suit the needs. If everything is alright, a 30% upfront payment is required to confirm the order.

Step 3 – Food Ready

Now is the time to welcome your lovely meals. If you have selected the delivery option, the meal would be sent to you 30mins before the required time. The final invoice would be emailed to you and we welcome both EFT or over the counter payments.

If the catering is held off-site, we would arrive on site approx. 2 hours before to get everything set up, and be ready 30mins before the event starts.
